Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid ExamForge subscriptions, AI budget purchases, and related billing questions. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1) 14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal payment made through PayPal. To request a refund within this window, contact us at [email protected] with your account details and the payment you want reviewed.

After the 14-day window expires, subscription payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

2) How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider and your bank/card issuer, but refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

3) What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, the related subscription access may be canceled or rolled back, and you may lose access to paid features immediately. Closing your account may also end access sooner than the normal billing-period end date.

4) Cancellation Without Refund

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation prevents future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. However, canceling does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless you are within the 14-day refund window.

Deleting or closing your account does not itself create a refund right.

5) AI Budget Is Non-Refundable

All AI budget purchases are final and non-refundable. AI budget is an internal usage balance for AI-powered features and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Purchased AI budget expires 90 days after purchase. Unused AI budget will be automatically forfeited after this period.

Historical bonus budget follows the same expiration rules, and monthly subscriber AI budget expires at the end of each calendar month and does not roll over. New trial and referral bonus budget grants are retired.

6) Beta Service and Feature Changes

ExamForge is an evolving service. Features may change, be improved, or be removed over time. Outside the refund window described here, we do not generally provide refunds solely because the Service changed, unless required by law.

7) Payment Processing

Payments and refunds are processed through PayPal.

8) Consumer Protection Laws

If your local consumer protection laws provide additional refund rights, withdrawal periods, or cancellation rights beyond what is stated here, those legal requirements will apply.
